The Colonial K9 Classic was created in 2024 by Muddy Marley’s Dog Wash and is the first ever event of its kind in Williamsburg, VA to combine an exciting two days of vendors, a Dock Dog diving competition and a pet friendly beer garden free for the public. Our host for the 2026 Colonial K9 Classic is the beautiful Williamsburg Winery at Wessex Hundred which features 400 acres of woods, fields, gardens and vineyards that house Virginia’s most storied Winery.

 

The Chesapeake Dock Dogs, a club for dogs and their owners who love the jumping, flying, splashing and competing fun of dock jumping was formed in January 2006 and has members throughout Maryland, Virginia, Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Delaware and New Jersey.  Their club competes all over the United States and some of their competitors are highly ranked.  The competition events are Big Air, Speed Retrieve, Extreme Vertical and Iron Dog.

 

Our goal is to engage with a passionate community that shares the love of dogs, sports, beer, good food and the great outdoors.  Join us for an unforgettable experience!  Bring a lawn chair and relax by the pool to watch.  The event will be free to the public and beer garden tickets will be available for purchase.  

 

Lab Rescue LCRP is a non-profit volunteer organization that rescues, fosters and finds forever homes for abused, neglected and abandoned Labrador Retrievers in the states of Virginia, Maryland, West Virginia, Deleware, Pennsylvania and North Carolina. A portion of the beer and wine sales help support critically needed money for food, medicine and surgeries.  A huge “thank you” to the Virginia Beer Company who has made a special label beer just for them and their cause!
