Each dog's grooming needs are unique to not only each breed but for each owner. Discussing your grooming expectations either over the phone or in person ensures that your expections are communicated and understood making your grooming appointment the best it can be.
Please bring proof of your pet's up to date rabies vaccination, and a completed liability form which can be filled out online or in person at your appointment.
Unless it is a veterinarian prescribed shampoo, we prefer to use the products we provide at our salon. They have all been selected for quality and specifically formulated for the highest quality.
Yes. We usually have multiple bathers staffed at the same time to accommodate this. In instances where multiple dogs are booked with one bather, extra time may be needed. As for self serve appointments, one dog can hang out in our "holding suite" so you can comfortably wash one dog at a time.
We are a by-appointment salon. When you drop your pet off they are serviced right away, and when they are finished you can pick them up right away.
This varies depending on the size of dog and services being provided. Upon dropoff, we will be able to assess your pet and give you a good estimate for time of pickup.
Dremmeling the nails will get them closer to the quick and will smooth them to remove all the sharp edges.

Dogs who are double coated can become overly packed with undercoat in between grooming appointments. In order to get a quality bath where the shampoo is fully reaching to the skin and getting the dog clean, this excess dead undercoat will need to be removed prior to the bath with a high velocity dryer.
